By using Relationship Edge (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Relationship Edge, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Relationship Edge is a relationship improvement app that provides daily missions, progress tracking, and guided paths across 7 relationship dimensions. The app stores all data locally on your device.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Free and Premium Features

The app offers both free and premium (Edge Pro) features.

Free features include:

• Daily, optional, and weekly missions
• 14 built-in paths (2 per dimension)
• Up to 2 custom paths
• Achievements and streak tracking
• Insights dashboard

Premium features (Edge Pro) include:

• Unlimited custom paths
• 22 premium paths
• Grace days (streak protection, 2 per month)
• Mission Control (intensity and category preferences)

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Edge Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription with a 7-day free trial.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region based on Apple's pricing tiers.

6. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. We do not process refunds directly.

7. User Data

All personal data (names, scores, completions, notes) is stored exclusively on your device. We do not have access to your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
• Redistribute or resell the app or its content

9. Intellectual Property

All content in Relationship Edge, including missions, paths, text, design, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Relationship Edge is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or medical advice. The missions and content are for general wellness and self-improvement purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Data stored on your device remains yours.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Nevada.
